Please be sure you are aware of our ticket policies before purchasing.


TICKET POLICIES:

  • All seats are reserved and must be purchased in advance.
  • A major credit card is required when ordering tickets by phone or online. American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa are accepted. No additional fees applied.
  • All sales are final. NO REFUNDS.
  • Online ticket sales close 24 hours before the performance. Unsold seats will be available at the door one hour before a performance.
  • Ticket prices and shows are subject to change without notice.

Our Privacy Policy is very simple and straightforward
We will not share, or sell, your information (including name and email address) to anyone.

We will not send you an email unless it is directly related to Zao Theatre.

EXCHANGE POLICY: If you are unable to attend the performance date/time you have tickets for and need to reschedule, a 24-hour notice prior to the performance for which you are holding tickets is required. Exchanges will be honored as long as tickets are available. No exchanges are allowed the day of the show. We do not honor exchanges for performances that have already passed or exchanges for another production. Every effort will be made to provide you with the best seats as long as there are seats still available.
